Howdy,
It's half past 12 in the night and I haven't posted anything yesterday,
let's consider this the evening of Friday, and this is the Friday's post.
Of course, there is a stress when trying to post everyday.
They say, that a thing that you really do everyday brings a certain discipline to the mind.
Ideally, the thing that you do everyday: your yoga exercise, your taichi, your daily posts, should be done at roughly the same time; but, for start, try to do it in the every 24 hours cycle.
