When you fill a bit sad about your goals, given the fact that you haven't achieved your goals,
try to see your baby steps, try to see what you have achieved lately, try to see the full part of the glass not the empty one,
try to say to the Universe: thank you for this and that;
make a list with what you have, and be grateful for it!
It sounds like thanksgiving philosophy, but historically people knew what was good for the mind, and for the spirit !
